APEX badge: 24 mm diameter × 3.5 mm thick, secured with two M3 screws. Letters are recessed 0.6 mm. This tool generates the badge only.

Print flat side down, text facing up. Start with 0.2 mm layers and check fit before assembly. The generated mesh uses a 0.1 mm grid, so edges have fine steps. For a smooth CAD-derived blank, use Print/Badge_Blank.stl. Do not scale the model.
