Nonplanar Angle Test Piece v1.3 - G-code
Sliced with OrcaSlicer Nonplanar v1.0 (candidate-1c4621cb08ab), 2026-10-27.

ORIENTATION A: high (11.9 deg) end on the left, shallow end on the right (seen from the front of the printer).
Nonplanar top lines run along X, along the slope.
ORIENTATION B: rotated 90 deg counter-clockwise (seen from above): high end at the front, shallow end at the back.
Nonplanar top lines run along Y, along the slope.
Please print both orientations.

Settings (on top of each printer's own default 0.20 mm process from OrcaSlicer, with the maker's own or generic PLA):
- Use nonplanar layers: on
- Maximum nonplanar angle: 12 deg
- Maximum nonplanar height: 5 mm (top surface rises 4.8 mm, all sections incl. 11.9 deg are nonplanar)
- Top shell layers: 3
- Fixed nonplanar top surface direction: along the slope
- Brim: none
- Timelapse: off
- Creality K2 only: retraction distance when cutting set to 18 mm (Orca's K2 profile has 30, which Orca itself
rejects; it is only used for filament changes, not in this single-filament print).

Checks: no slope violations in the print (in the Prusa files the only flagged move is the start G-code purge line).
Clearance against the measured Bambu Lab A1 mini hotend passed for all files.

IMPORTANT: the slicer's collision model is the measured Bambu Lab A1 mini hotend. For your printer the hotend shape
is unknown to the slicer; nozzle, heater block or fan duct may touch the part. Watch the first print closely.
