## 1. Introduction
The ARCGRIP is an adjustable 3D-printed phone holder designed to securely hold phones of different sizes. It uses a sliding clamp and a hand-tightened screw to adjust the grip.

## 5. Assembly Instructions
1. Place the main frame on a flat surface.
2. Slide the adjustable clamp onto the two guide rails.
3. Check that the clamp moves smoothly.
4. Insert the thumb screw into the threaded side opening.
5. Turn the screw by hand until it contacts the sliding clamp.
6. Check that all parts are secure and move correctly.

## 6. How to Use
1. Loosen the thumb screw.
2. Place your phone between the frame and sliding clamp.
3. Rest the bottom of your phone on the support shelves.
4. Slowly tighten the thumb screw until the phone is held securely.
5. To remove your phone, loosen the screw and slide it out.

**Do not overtighten the screw.**

- Nozzle: 0.4 mm
- Layer height: 0.20 mm
- Walls: 4–5
- Infill: 30–40%
- Material: PETG recommended
- Supports: Usually not required; check the sliced model

Print a small fit test before using the finished stand.

## 8. Maintenance & Safety
- Keep the stand clean and free of dust.
- Check the screw and sliding clamp for wear.
- Do not force the sliding mechanism.
- Place the stand on a stable, flat surface.
- Do not use the stand if any printed part is cracked or damaged.
